Memorial Day Post BBQ Workout!


This workout is modeled after the famous CrossFit WOD "Murph", named after Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005. This Memorial Day weekend, we pay tribute to all of our fallen soldiers who risked their lives for us, so lets complete this patriotic workout for them!

For Time:

Run 1 mile

100 Pull-Ups

200 Push-Ups

300 Air Squats

Run 1 Mile
