2 ripe bananas
Crushed walnuts (optional)
Almond Butter (optional)
Non-stick cooking spray
Peel 2 ripe bananas and place in a bowl with 1 egg and a handful of crushed walnuts, if desired. Add vanilla extract to your discretion. I personally like a lot of vanilla! Whip contents until everything is evenly mixed. Heat and spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Fry till golden brown on each side. (You may have to add more spray while frying the cakes). When the pancakes are done and cooled I️ like to smear almond butter on top and roll up for a perfect delicious protein snack!
WARNING: When making larger batches the banana turns to sugar and sticks to the pan, so be careful and only do a few at a time!
