Want a Bigger Chest for the Beach?? This Workout is GUARANTEED to Pump You Up!


That's right, guys ... summer season is just around the corner, and our never ending diet continues on through the months of Spring, preparing ourselves for summer! Want to shred and bulk up for beach season? Here's a great workout that I've been using during all of my training periods and has worked GREAT on all of my clients. Feel free to lightly modify to your liking, but make sure to not sit and rest for too long! Enjoy!

1. Barbell Bench Press

5 sets x 12 - 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 reps

60-90 sec rest between sets

2. Incline DB Chest Press

5 sets x 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 - 12 reps

60-90 sec rest between sets

3. Decline Bench Press

4 Sets x 10 - 10 - 8 - 8

60 sec rest between sets

****** COMPOUND SET *****

4a. Incline DB Chest Flys

4b. DB Around The World

Both are 3 sets of 12 reps

30 secs rest between each compound set
