THURSDAY THRUSTERS!

 

1. 5X5 Deadlifts

 

 

2. 100 Barbell Thrusters

Every time you stop to take a break you must complete:

10 push-ups

10 pull ups

 

 

3. 2 sets of 4 minute planks (any type)
